Disposable Lockout Tags - 'Caution Lock out transition' Reverse

These disposable lockout tags measure 145mm x 80mm and are manufactured from Polybond, a paper like material, which is fully weatherproof, ideal for indoor or outdoor isolations. Designed to be stored in Tag Station ref: LSETG or S1880

Printed on both sides, each tag carries a standard "Danger this equipment has been locked out, Do not operate" message on the front, with a yellow 'Caution - Lock out transition in progress' on the reverse (see image above). Other reverse messages are available (see product code RLOT1 to RLOT7)

Supplied in packs of 100 with ties.
