Work at Height Training: Remote Rescue
Work at Height Training: Rescue - RSTC-61
Our work at height rescue course develops competence in carrying out remote rescue of a casualty suspended at height, using specialist rescue equipment and controlled lowering techniques.
It is intended for organisations that require an in-house rescue capability for work at height activities.
Why Work at Height Rescue Training Matters
Work at height rescue training is vital because it equips teams with the advanced skills needed to safely recover a casualty suspended at height using specialist equipment and controlled lowering techniques. In many industries, relying solely on emergency services is not practical due to response times and difficult access, making an in-house rescue capability essential. This training ensures that personnel can act immediately and competently in high risk situations, reducing the likelihood of serious injury or prolonged suspension. By developing confidence, technical proficiency, and preparedness, organisations can significantly improve safety outcomes while meeting their responsibility to protect workers operating at height.
