Molten Metal PPE

Alu-safe® DP is a range of protective clothing with two primary criteria to protect workers against both the hazards of liquid metal/cryolite splash and arc flash. It meets the EN ISO 11612 D3, E3 spec as well as achieving ASTM F1959, ATPV 10cal/cm2. The range of Alu-safe shirt, trousers and winter jacket are made from a unique wool-free fabric which then gives much better wearer comfort with no allergic reaction and excellent breathability and moisture wicking qualities.
The garments are accompanied with Hot Metal Boots that are expertly engineered to work in the tough environment with 1000 degree sole resistance and stainless steel wire stitching to deliver excellent wear life. The molten metal protective balaclava and socks complete the range and we carry stocks of this full range in the UK.
Bespoke designs of Alu-safe DP garments for Corporate teams are possible and please speak to us if this is needed - using the same unique fabric.
Our extended range now includes the EDC gloves and other aluminised PPE items for specialist protection in the molten metal production processes.
