OSHA Danger Do Not Operate Lockout Tags Pack of 10

These 'Do Not Operate' lockout tags are for use on machinery which has been locked out. They clearly identify the person who has locked out the specific point and the expected completion date of the work.

We advise these tags are best used with a non-permanent water based ink pen (RWPT01 recommended) and this will give a good operational life. An oil-based permanent marker pen (RWPT02) will allow for good identification but will only work well for a single use.

• Manufactured from flexible polyester, resistant to water, oil and extreme temperatures
